3-D renderings are the best way to know what you're getting before you have it built by virtually walking through your design.  This cuts down on paying for design work you don't want, or may not work for you.  Reducing the amount of changes during construction saves time and money.

For Projects that need to go before a review board, this tool is very effective and the response is usually positive from the review board as they have a clearer picture of what is entailed.
